How to Cash-in using your PBCOM Online Banking

Before you can cash in to your JuanCash account through PBCOM Online Banking, make sure to register your JuanCash account as a third party account. How to Register your JuanCash Account as a Third Party Account on PBCOM Online Banking:

STEPS:

1. Log in to your PBCOM Online Banking account and go to "Manage Accounts"

2. Under "Register Third Party Accounts - Other Banks", click "Register"

3. Under "Bank Name", select "JuanCash"

4. On the "Account Name" field type "JuanCash"

5. On the "Account Number" field, enter your JuanCash mobile number in this format:
*Add "63" or the country code
(i.e., 639-XXXX-XXXXX | 861-XXXX-XXXX-XX)

6. On the "Account Nickname" field, type "JuanCash", then click "Register"

7. On the "Enter OTP" field, type the One-Time PIN (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number then click "Submit". You can opt to answer a challenge question instead of validating via OTP

8. Wait for the confirmation message on your dashboard for successful registration

How to Cash-In using your PBCOM Online Banking

STEPS:

1. Log in to your PBCOM Online Banking account

2. Select "Transfer", then click "Send Money to Deposit Account"

3. Select your "Source Account"

4. Under "Target Account", select "Other Banks" and choose "JuanCash"

5. Enter the desired amount, then click "Send"

6. On the "Enter OTP" field, type the One-Time PIN (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number then click "Submit". You can opt to answer a challenge question instead of validating via OTP

7. Wait for an SMS from JuanCash confirming that the money has been credited to your account

*Minimum Cash In amount is Php500
*Maximum Cash In limit is Php10,000 per transaction
