1. Log in to your PNB Mobile Banking app
2. Select "Transfer Funds" on the side menu
3. Tap "Other Local Banks - InstaPay" and choose the source account
4. Complete the following details:
- Select "New Payee" then choose "JuanCash" under Bank
- Enter your name under Account Name
- Registered Number in your JuanCash App
*Add "63" or the country code before the Registered Number
(i.e., 639-XXXX-XXXXX | 861-XXXX-XXXX-XX)
- Enter your home address
- Enter desired amount
5. Enable "Save Payee to List"
6. Review the details you entered and tap "Done"
7. Enter the 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to you via SMS
8. Wait for the confirmation message to appear on your screen.
